Our story begins with James Samuel, who came from the rural outskirts of Kaiseri, Turkey. His intelligence, drive, and ambition brought him to New York City, the financial capital of the world.

Starting as a dishwasher at a small diner in the iconic Chrysler Building, James built relationships with executives who frequented the establishment. These connections led to his first property acquisition.
1970s-1990s
The parking business became the foundation for future real estate ventures. 111 East 24th Street was initially operated as a parking facility by James's three daughters.
2000
